We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our pharmaceutical team in Dubai. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary healthcare to pediatric patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, conducting physical examinations, prescribing medications, and educating patients and their families on maintaining optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients, taking into consideration their medical history, symptoms, and developmental stage.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and referring patients to specialists as needed.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on topics such as nutrition, growth and development, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, adhering to legal and ethical standards of patient confidentiality.
- Stay current on advances in pediatric healthcare by attending continuing education sessions and participating in professional development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatrics
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Dubai
- Minimum [random] years of experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
