We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide support and assistance to individuals working in the agriculture industry in Dubai. The Personal Care Aide will be responsible for helping farmers and agricultural workers with their daily tasks, including personal grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in the agriculture industry
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and help with transportation as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and familiarity with the agriculture industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals in need of care
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Personal Care Aide training
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic
