Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Financial Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is integral to supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional financial services to clients within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist personal financial advisors in managing client accounts and portfolios, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings, including investment performance summaries, risk assessments, and financial plans.
- Conduct research on investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends pertinent to the Aerospace and Defense industry to provide informed recommendations to financial advisors.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information regarding their financial situations, goals, and preferences; maintain strong relationships to encourage client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready for discussions.
- Monitor client portfolios and transactions, alerting financial advisors to any discrepancies or required actions.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients, including preparing promotional materials and conducting follow-ups.
- Stay current with financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to enhance professional knowledge and client service delivery.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized client files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Knowledge of investment products, risk management strategies, and financial planning processes.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, along with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
