Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Financial Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector in Dubai. This role is essential for supporting our financial advisors in managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support:
- Assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary financial documents and data.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates regarding their financial plans and portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule and organize client meetings, maintaining an efficient calendar for financial advisors.
- Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
3. Financial Analysis:
- Support financial advisors in analyzing client financial data, including income, expenses, investments, and insurance policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with advisors to conduct market research and analysis related to the pharmaceutical industry and investment opportunities.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and reports as required by regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues in financial documentation.
5. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to personal finance and the pharmaceutical sector.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in financial advising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years to 5 years of experience in a financial advisory or related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
