We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Financial Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in providing financial advice to individuals in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments of clients' current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their short and long-term financial goals.
- Provide guidance on investment strategies and asset allocation to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Monitor and review clients' financial portfolios regularly to ensure they are on track to meet their financial goals.
- Educate clients on various financial products and services available to them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate advice.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience working as a Personal Financial Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred but not required.
