Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Inspector to join our Information Technology Division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various IT environments, ensuring compliance with pest control regulations, and implementing effective pest management strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of pest control methodologies to maintain a safe and healthy workspace for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of IT facilities, including data centers, server rooms, and office environments to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
- Evaluate pest control systems and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement integrated pest management plans tailored to the unique requirements of technology environments.
- Monitor and assess pest control equipment and technology, ensuring they are functioning properly and compliant with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, pest activity levels, and recommended action plans, including timelines for remediation.
- Educate employees about best practices for pest prevention and control within the workplace, fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control technologies, trends, and regulations to ensure the organization adheres to best practices.
- Coordinate with external pest control service providers when required, ensuring they meet the organization’s standards and expectations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to pest management in IT environments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control inspection or a related field, preferably within an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
- Familiarity with pest control regulations and compliance standards specific to the UAE.
- Proficiency in using pest control monitoring equipment and software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess pest situations and devise effective management strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in pest control management from a recognized authority.
- Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pest control.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in pest management.
