We are seeking a skilled Petroleum Technician with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the petroleum industry and IT, with a strong understanding of how technology can be leveraged to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware systems used in petroleum operations
- Collaborate with engineers and geologists to develop and implement technology solutions for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new technologies and software applications
- Monitor and analyze data from sensors and equipment to identify trends and patterns that can improve performance and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain databases to track production, inventory, and other key metrics
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new technology initiatives and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
