Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Researcher to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi's dynamic manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the research and development of pharmaceutical products, contributing to the advancement of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research and development of pharmaceutical formulations, including solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support the development of new and existing products, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of research findings into production processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including laboratory notebooks, technical reports, and SOPs, in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct stability studies and analyze data to determine the shelf-life and storage conditions of pharmaceutical products.
- Participate in the preparation of regulatory submissions and respond to queries from regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve research practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and interns in research methodologies and laboratory practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation development and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
