Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacologist Assistant to join our dynamic team in the agricultural sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the research and development of agrochemicals, including pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and efficacy of agricultural products while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting laboratory experiments and field trials to assess the effectiveness and safety of agricultural products.
- Collect, record, and analyze data from experiments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Prepare samples and assist in the preparation of reports detailing experimental findings.
- Collaborate with senior pharmacologists and other team members to develop new formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings related to pharmacology, toxicology, and agricultural practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and international standards.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, including safety and efficacy data.
- Support the maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in pharmacology and agriculture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Agricultural Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in pharmacology or agricultural research.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using laboratory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
