We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Pharmacovigilance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products sold in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the safety of pharmaceutical products sold in retail stores
- Conduct thorough investigations into adverse drug reactions reported by customers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities to gather and analyze safety data
- Develop and implement pharmacovigilance strategies to minimize risks and improve patient safety
- Provide training and support to retail staff on pharmacovigilance practices and procedures
- Participate in pharmacovigilance audits and inspections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance in a retail or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
