We are seeking a talented and creative Photojournalist to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. As a Photojournalist, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting various aspects of our manufacturing processes, products, and events through compelling and visually stunning photographs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to plan and execute photo shoots that align with the company's branding and messaging
- Capture high-quality images of manufacturing operations, products, and events
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual impact and storytelling potential
- Work closely with writers and editors to ensure that visual content complements written content
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and visual storytelling
- Manage and organize a digital library of photos for easy access and retrieval
- Travel to different manufacturing facilities and locations as needed for photo assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Photojournalist, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in digital photography, photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and other relevant tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles and subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling principles
