Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the Physical Education (PE) curriculum and contribute to the overall development of students’ physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork skills. This role is particularly unique as it operates within a construction-oriented environment, emphasizing the importance of physical activity in promoting health and safety awareness among students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Education Teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective PE lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Support the organization and administration of sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation among students.
- Monitor students’ performance and progress in physical activities, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement and growth.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, promoting respect and understanding among peers.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing sports equipment, ensuring that all materials are safe and in good condition for student use.
- Help manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies during physical education classes and activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate physical education with other areas of study and promote overall wellness.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in physical education and youth fitness.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress in physical education and encourage their involvement in school sports activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, assisting in physical education or sports coaching.
- Strong understanding of physical education principles, sports, and fitness activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to diverse educational environments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a sports and physical activity context.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
