We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Aide Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As a Physical Therapy Aide Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide support and assistance to patients undergoing physical therapy treatments. This position is based in the consumer goods industry, specifically focusing on providing physical therapy services to individuals seeking to improve their mobility and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients, including setting up equipment and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
- Help patients with exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist
- Monitor and record patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the physical therapist
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, including sanitizing equipment and ensuring a safe environment for patients
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their therapy sessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. physical therapy, sports science, kinesiology)
- Previous experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but not required (less than 8 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- CPR certification is a plus
