We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide Assistant in our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The Physical Therapy Aide Assistant will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide support and assistance to patients undergoing physical therapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in conducting therapy sessions with patients
- Help patients with exercises and activities as directed by the therapist
- Set up and maintain equipment used during therapy sessions
- Monitor and record patient progress and report back to the therapist
- Ensure a clean and organized therapy area
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
- Provide general administrative support to the therapy team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
- CPR certification is a plus
