We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plant Breeding Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Plant Breeding Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of plant breeding programs to improve crop yield, quality, and disease resistance. This position will involve working with a team of researchers and scientists to conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of plant breeding experiments
- Conduct field trials and greenhouse experiments to evaluate plant traits
- Collect and analyze data to identify desirable traits and genetic markers
- Assist in the development of new plant varieties through controlled crossbreeding
- Maintain accurate records of breeding experiments and results
- Collaborate with other team members to support breeding program goals
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in plant breeding techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Biology, Genetics, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in plant breeding or related field
- Strong understanding of plant genetics and breeding techniques
- Experience with field trials, data collection, and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
