We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Breeding Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Plant Breeding Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of plant breeding programs to improve the quality and yield of crops.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of plant breeding experiments and trials
- Collect and analyze data on plant breeding experiments
- Maintain accurate records of breeding activities and results
- Assist in the selection and development of new plant varieties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agronomists, geneticists, and researchers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in plant breeding techniques and technologies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in plant breeding or related field
- Strong knowledge of plant breeding techniques and methodologies
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
