Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Plant Breeding Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Plant Breeding Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of new plant varieties with improved health benefits. You will work closely with plant breeders and researchers to conduct experiments, collect data, analyze results, and contribute to the overall success of our plant breeding program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of plant breeding experiments
- Collect and analyze data on plant traits and characteristics
- Maintain accurate records of experimental results
- Assist in the development of new plant varieties with improved health benefits
- Collaborate with plant breeders and researchers to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory and field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- Experience in plant breeding and genetics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of plant breeding techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Plant Breeding or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare-related plant breeding program
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques
- Experience with statistical analysis software
