We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Ecologist to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As a Plant Ecologist, you will be responsible for studying and analyzing the impact of telecommunication infrastructure on plant life in the region.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to assess plant diversity and distribution in areas where telecommunication infrastructure is being developed
- Collecting and analyzing data on plant species, population dynamics, and interactions with the surrounding environment
- Developing strategies to mitigate any negative impact on plant species and ecosystems
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices
- Providing recommendations for sustainable land management practices and conservation efforts
- Writing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Requirements:
- A degree in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in plant ecology or environmental consulting
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, habitat assessment, and ecological principles
- Experience conducting field surveys and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
