We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Plant Ecologist to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the preservation and sustainable management of plant species within our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to assess the distribution and abundance of plant species along transportation routes.
- Develop and implement conservation and restoration plans for native plant species.
- Monitor the impact of transportation activities on plant communities and recommend mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and environmental organizations, to promote plant conservation efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on plant identification and conservation practices.
- Conduct research and contribute to publications on plant ecology and transportation infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in plant ecology and conservation.
- Strong knowledge of plant taxonomy, ecosystems, and environmental regulations.
- Experience conducting field surveys and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in GIS and other relevant software.
