We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations within our real estate company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, maintenance, and operations within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment, machinery, and systems
- Manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and evaluate plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and manage operating budgets and control costs to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of projects
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in plant operations and maintenance, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices
