We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our agricultural team in Dubai. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and durable finish. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old plaster, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning the area
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- Apply plaster to surfaces using a variety of tools, such as trowels and floats
- Smooth and level plaster to create a uniform finish
- Repair damaged plaster as needed
- Work efficiently and safely to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
