Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering techniques and materials, with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety. This role involves working on various projects related to the manufacturing sector, ensuring that all plastering tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying bonding agents as needed.
- Mix plaster, render, and other materials according to specifications and project requirements.
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques (e.g., troweling, spraying) to achieve a smooth finish.
- Repair and maintain plastered surfaces, including patching holes and cracks, to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other construction professionals to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing plastering tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Estimate material quantities and project timelines accurately and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and materials are stored safely.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Plasterer with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in mixing and applying various types of plaster and render.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
