Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Political Campaign Staff member to support our political initiatives within the Aerospace and Defense sector in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a blend of political acumen, communication skills, and an understanding of the defense industry. The successful candidate will assist in developing strategies, driving outreach efforts, and engaging key stakeholders to promote our agenda and ensure a successful campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy Development:
- Assist in formulating and executing campaign strategies that align with our goals in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Conduct research on political trends, public opinion, and competitor activities to inform campaign planning.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in meetings, briefings, and events to promote our campaign and gather support.

3. Communication and Outreach:
- Draft and disseminate press releases, newsletters, and social media content to engage the public and stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the campaign and the Aerospace and Defense sector.

4. Campaign Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute campaign events, including town halls, fundraisers, and public forums.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, and ensure effective communication with attendees.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and outcomes for senior management.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Awareness:
- Ensure all campaign activities comply with local laws and regulations governing political campaigns in the UAE.
- Stay updated on changes in political regulations that may impact the campaign.

7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other campaign staff members to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy implementation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving campaign efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in political campaigning, public affairs, or a related area, preferably within Aerospace and Defense.
- Strong understanding of the political landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE, particularly in relation to defense and aerospace policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media, press releases, and newsletters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
