We are looking for a skilled Pool Maintenance Worker to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning pools in our residential properties to ensure they are safe and functional for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and other equipment
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Skim and vacuum pool surfaces
- Backwash pool filters as needed
- Repair and replace pool equipment as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities
- Ensure pool area is clean and orderly at all times
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pool Maintenance Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of pool maintenance best practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in pool maintenance or a related field
- Previous experience in Real Estate maintenance
