We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our consumer goods practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency
- Monitor and optimize practice performance through data analysis and reporting
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice administration or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry trends and best practices
