We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Management Consultant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Practice Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our real estate practice, ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the real estate practice
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement best practices for client management, project delivery, and team collaboration
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Lead client engagement and relationship management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
