We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Operations Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The Practice Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction practice, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment to support project needs
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and goals for the practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction operations management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
