We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- At least 2-5 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices
