Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our healthcare-focused preschool in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position requires a creative individual who can engage children in meaningful learning experiences while promoting their overall well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and the healthcare curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate health education into the curriculum and promote healthy habits among children.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events that enhance children's learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and healthcare education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues.
- Creative and resourceful, with the ability to design engaging learning activities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to preschool settings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
