Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team in the construction sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in pricing strategies and market analysis to support our pricing initiatives and drive profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and market demands within the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain pricing models that support accurate and competitive pricing for projects and services.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and procurement to gather necessary data for pricing assessments and proposals.
- Analyze historical pricing data to inform future pricing strategies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare detailed pricing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies post-implementation and adjust as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Assist in the development of pricing policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and economic factors that may impact pricing strategies in the construction sector.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on pricing implications for new projects and service offerings.
- Support the sales team in preparing competitive bid proposals and responding to client pricing inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey pricing strategies and findings to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, costs, and pricing dynamics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
