We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Production Manager to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The Print Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of print production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement print production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and printers to ensure timely delivery of printed materials
- Manage print production budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the selection and negotiation of print vendors and suppliers
- Monitor and evaluate print quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any print production issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in print production technology
- Train and supervise print production staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in print production management
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and techniques
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
