We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our printing operations in our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all print production processes, including prepress, printing, and finishing
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that artwork is print-ready
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of printing equipment
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow between departments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in print production management
- Proficiency in printing software and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print production best practices and industry trends
