We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Equity Analyst Assistant in the Healthcare sector based in Ajman. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Private Equity Analyst in researching, analyzing, and evaluating potential investment opportunities within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends within the healthcare sector
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management
- Monitor and track the performance of current investments in the healthcare portfolio
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to support the investment process
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, market developments, and competitive landscape within the healthcare sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance (2-5 years of experience preferred)
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
