### Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic retail team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our retail operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Management:
- Coordinate and execute procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and service reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.

- Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Work closely with warehouse and retail teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting and stock replenishment.

- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a seamless procurement process.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise with suppliers, such as quality discrepancies or delivery delays.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare regular reports for management on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.

- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on procurement needs and challenges.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
