We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Technician to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Procurement Technician will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of hardware, software, and services necessary for the successful operation of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all IT procurement requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure continuity of operations
- Assist in the evaluation of vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to optimize processes and reduce costs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in procurement, preferably in an IT environment
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
