Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, specializing in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product development and improvement by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and product performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the IT sector.
- Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and product performance metrics to provide actionable insights for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and design teams to define product requirements and specifications based on analytical findings.
- Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and inform stakeholders of key insights and recommendations.
- Participate in the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate user testing sessions and gather qualitative data to inform product improvements.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by providing product knowledge and insights to enhance promotional strategies and customer engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on product features, functionalities, and updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the IT sector.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and usability testing is a plus.
