We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new products, as well as improving existing products to meet market demands and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs
- Develop product concepts and create detailed product specifications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development strategy
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful product launch
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including cost analysis and pricing strategy
- Monitor product performance in the market and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in product development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
