We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of our real estate products and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of real estate products.
- Oversee the daily operations of the product team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product operations with other departments.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
