We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules and timelines to meet customer demand and delivery targets
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes and reduce waste
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to improve production efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
