We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Professional Athlete Assistant to join our construction team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. As a Professional Athlete Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our professional athletes in all aspects of their training and competition preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist professional athletes with their daily training routines, including fitness workouts, skill development, and recovery sessions
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, competitions, and travel arrangements for athletes
- Provide nutritional guidance and meal planning support to ensure athletes are properly fueled and hydrated
- Assist with equipment maintenance and organization to ensure athletes have access to the necessary tools for their training
- Monitor and track athlete progress and performance to identify areas for improvement and adjustment in training programs
- Act as a liaison between athletes, coaches, and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support athletes during competitions by providing encouragement, motivation, and logistical assistance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Athletic Training, or related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working as a professional athlete assistant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sports training principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sports performance tracking software
