We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Development Coach to join our team in Dubai. As a Professional Development Coach, you will be responsible for supporting educators in their professional growth and development, ultimately leading to improved student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions to educators, focusing on areas such as instructional practices, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify professional development needs and create customized coaching plans.
- Conduct observations and provide feedback to educators to help them improve their teaching practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on a variety of educational topics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in education to inform coaching practices.
- Build strong relationships with educators to create a supportive and collaborative coaching environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years of experience in coaching or professional development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional practices and educational theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators.
- Certification in coaching or professional development is a plus.
