We are seeking a Program Coordinator Assistant to join our Information Technology team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on status
- Assist in the procurement of necessary resources and materials for projects
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for management
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
