We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and coordination of various projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation and update project plans
- Assist in budget management and tracking expenses
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Assist in resolving any project issues or conflicts
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in project administration or coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
