We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of various projects within the aerospace and defense industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Lead project teams and ensure all project objectives are met
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project development process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
