We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Project Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of healthcare projects within the region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, healthcare development, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new project opportunities
- Manage the project development process from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
