Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Development Manager to join our team in Dubai's thriving financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of key projects within the organization, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various financial services projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to establish project goals and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and organizational objectives.

- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and external contractors, to optimize project outcomes.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish and implement performance metrics to monitor project progress and success, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations and standards in the financial services industry, working closely with compliance and legal teams.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for management review, including project status, financials, and lessons learned.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new projects that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the financial services sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
