We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Estimator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Project Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for various telecommunications projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs
- Review and analyze project blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities in project estimates
- Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate records of cost estimates and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimating within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
