We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and construction, with a proven track record of accurately estimating project costs and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
- Conducting site visits and collaborating with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
- Analyzing data and preparing detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options to maximize project profitability.
- Presenting estimates to project stakeholders and providing explanations for cost breakdowns.
- Monitoring project costs throughout the construction process and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- [X] years of experience as a Project Estimator in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
