Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Property Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Property Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management within the transportation and logistics industry. This role will involve assisting with property inspections, maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with lease administration, including drafting lease agreements and ensuring compliance with lease terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for property operations
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs of tenants
- Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to attract new tenants
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license
