We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and settling property insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims, including site visits, interviews with insured parties, and review of relevant documentation
- Evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential settlement amounts
- Negotiate settlements with insured parties, contractors, and other relevant parties
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim files in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property claims management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. insurance, finance, business)
- [Random number] years of experience in property claims adjusting
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage types, and claims processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
